The new roloFlash 2 VL combines the advantages of the roloFlash 2 with an affordable price. It is well suited for office use and development purposes. Additionally, it offers possibilities to extend the hardware of the roloFlash 2 VL yourself:
Connect the board to be programmed directly to the roloFlash 2 VL using retrofittable programming connectors (for JTAG/SWD: ARM Cortex Debug high-density (10-pin), for Microchip AVR: ISP/TPI and PDI/UPDI (6-pin)).
Create user control options (choose from various switches or 1-2 push buttons). With the push buttons, for example, you can create a “Copy-Paste-roloFlash”: plug it onto one board, press “Copy,” then plug it onto another board, press “Paste,” and the firmware is copied.
Optionally, power your board from the roloFlash 2 VL.
Use a separate UART connection for communication with the PC or your process automation.
Stack multiple roloFlash 2 VL units on top of each other to create a low-cost gang programming solution.
